The house is located next to a hay field that is actively farmed. Machinery may be out there working at anytime, including the fertilizer truck! (it gets stinky for an hour or two if so then goes away)

Quiet dirt road campground setting. 4wd is recommended in winter as the roads can be snow covered. Also bottled water is suggested, the house is on a well so the tap water is high in minerals. Safe for cooking and bathing but can have an unpleasant taste/smell at times.
