Our house has 4 TV's (playing NETFLIX , DYSNEY+, and AMAZON PRIME) and it is very close to downtown Walnut Creek and to the Open Space natural park. You’ll love it! It is quite open yet comfortable. The neighborhood is great. It's good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups. We have fast internet. Comfortable backyard. Quiet neighborhood, very little traffic.

Our house is a blend of Mediterranean, oriental and modern feeling. All stones used in the floors and bathrooms in the house come from Portugal. The living/dinning area space is very open and sunny with a large skylight. Yet the office is very comfortable and it is actually a very productive space. The bathrooms are all different and each with its special features. Obviously the master bathroom was specially enhanced by the LAST stones available from the same quarry of those sent to the palaces of the French Kings. The backyard is very calm and it is the great place for a gin and tonic or a glass of red wine at the end of the day.

You can jog to the OPEN SPACE park near the house. Many many trails.
