We are still accepting bookings during the new Tier 5 lockdown. Petit studio is on the lower ground floor in a beautiful house, in the heart of Notting Hill. Studio has an open plan kitchen with hob, microwave/oven,refrigerator and a separate shower room with a power shower. Decorated in an immaculate and temporary style and a new faux-wooden floor. It has a TV and Wifi. Can set this studio up as a single, two singles or a double bed. If more than one person is staying there is an extra charge.

The studio is self-contained, you have your own bathroom and kitchen. The bed can be of single or double sized and all linen and towels are provided. If you are look for a pied-a-terre, an overnight stop off or a London hide-away, this is the place for you!

We use the wireless key system Klevio so you will have to install the app for us to send you the keys.
The washer/dryer is communal and situated in the basement of the building. There are hours within which it cannot be used, these are clearly signed on the door.

The apartment is perfectly sandwiched between Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill Gate, with Holland Park and Kensington a short walk away. You can reach all the local beautiful open spaces on foot; Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and Holland Park. Notting Hill Gate, Portobello Road, Westbourne Grove and Kensington Church Street are full to bursting point with cool bars, traditional pubs and fantastic restaurants.

My wife and I decided to start using Airbnb to rent out our serviced apartments, it's a much nicer community than the usual holiday booking sites! We have 21 studios in our building and we encourage a family vibe with communal break-out spaces, on site cleaner and handyman whom you'll no doubt meet when you check-in. Billie and I are based locally and are on hand if you have questions, and can always be reached by phone or e-mail. We also have two amazing team members called Joanna and Anna (funny enough) who helps us organise the building. Emergency works are being carried out on a studio which is located on the third floor. We are confident that this work will not be disruptive and envision that the work will be completed by 26/3/20. We will have contactors working between the hours of 8am-4pm during the week. We look forward to welcoming you to London!
