Within walking distance or a short drive to a certified Blue Flag sandy beach and absolutely stunning crystal turquoise waters. Our 2nd floor condo is surrounded by lush vegetation, wildlife, two swimming pools, a gazebo and a gym. You can catch an inexpensive taxi can take down to the famous 5th Avenue for fabulous restaurants/shopping. A minimum 5 nights stay required. All utilities (except electrical) included in rate for 28 days or less. Nightly rate is reduced for stays over 28 days.

This spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath newly built condo has a fully appointed modern kitchen with a granite bar which seats 2, that blends with the open concept living and dining area. The kitchen has all the conveniences including stainless steel appliances: dish washer, microwave, 4 burner stove with oven, and large side-by-side refrigerator with outside the door water / ice dispenser (which purified water is used). Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size capacity washer and dryer. The dining area (seats 4) and living room areas are furnished with comfortable leather couches which all ends recline. For your entertainment there is wireless internet access (10 mg), a flat screen TV equipped with internet TV that offers lots of channels to choose from. The home is outfitted with mini-split air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout. The condo is an energy efficient home with LED technology (lights & TV) and USB charging outlets for your computers/phones in both bedrooms. The condo is located on the second floor but is equipped with an elevator or stairs with railings.

For 28 days or less all utilities (except electrical) included in rate. Electrical usage will be charged at 2.5 pesos/kWh and paid to the property manager before departure. The property manager will take a picture of the electric meter upon your arrival to the condo. And will take another picture just before departure.

We are available to our guests 9 to 5pm Monday-Friday, 9 to 1 on Saturdays and 24/7 in emergencies. We will meet our guests at the property and walk them through the unit and answer any questions they may have.
