Taken from the bridge over the Roaring Fork you are less than a minute to this unique listing just up 82 E. 2 1/2 miles from the Gondola & downtown Aspen. A perfect pied de terre for any outdoors enthusiast and what a great place to come home too.
The unusual hexagonal design of this 80's Ranch house allows guest to settle in anywhere in the house and because of the beautiful Windows and sliding glass doors you will want to relax in many of the areas depending on your mood.
As a guest you are free to use the house for normal home functions. If you are planning to entertain we need to be advised before you book so we can all be on the same page. Additional fees may be negotiated.
Respecting a guest privacy is fundamental and although bathrooms are shared we will make every effort to respect your schedules demands. Because there are two bathrooms usually not issue.
Breakfast time is interactive if you sit down to eat either in the breakfast nook or dining room you may be joined. And.. Sunday's are a pancake day if your interested!
Primarily that there are 2 dogs, Izze and Layla onsite. They are friendly but good guard dogs will welcome you with their bark and wagging tails. Parking for guests is to the right as you come up the driveway.
Because we live here any entertaining has to be pre approved but not out of the question. Non smoking. Kitchen is for your use and refrigerator space can be provided as well as cabinet space for your food. Generally we are in bed by 11 and up by 8. Otherwise, easy going and love having Airbnb guests!
With regards to bringing pets, we allow them with approval. If you plan to leave your pet alone we have to settle on the schedule. We prefer your pet be with you when you are not here but we understand there can be exceptions. Any damages will be at owners expense.
