The room itself is large & airy & self contained on third floor. Excellent large shower ensuite with blue tooth radio in mirror and plenty of fresh towels. Tea / Coffee/ water in room with small fridge. We will put bikes safe if required . There is another room available with private bathroom to accommodate up to 3. Also loft room with limited head height 168cm with double bed available if booked with the room.
Loft room is additional £25.00.
Plus we have a small house a short walk away so can accommodate larger groups.
No Smoking in the house.
Own room is at the top of the house nice & quiet own landing. Guests have key to come & go as they please. If hosts at home & the sun shines happy for guests to sit out on terrace & enjoy the view & sunshine with our 3 small dogs. Additional loft room if required if booked with room fee is £25.00. Limited head height 165cm but VERY comfy bed with sink. Use Ensuite shower & loo.

Whitchurch has several nice pubs for meals, the Black Bear by St Alkmunds, The Cock & Greyhound opposite. There is also the Back Street Vaults, a Joules Pub & the Bull's Head depending on taste & budget.
There is a lovely Italian called Etzios ( booking recommended )
Coffee shops in abundance Jones, Benjamin's, Peppermint Tea, Cafe Bon Sol etc
The Whitchurch Town website is useful for information & the Civic Centre Hub has lots of leaflets.
In the countryside around there is lots to do, a trip to the North Wales coast is only about 45 minutes away!
The countryside is lovely and there are lots of lovely walks around and pubs to eat in too!
