The house and the beach are on a 1.5 hectare property with a private swimming pool, and a 12 person electric boat with a captain ready for adventure. (boat is a plus cost). The property is equipped with bicycles, kayaks, a hydro bike, table-tennis, darts, pool table in one of the living rooms, and a big trampoline all included in the price.
