This is a lovely big beachside holiday home that backs onto the dune reserve at Marcoola Beach; offering family friendly accommodation for up to 12 guests. The two storey 5 bedrooms, 3 bathroom home with ducted air conditioning, sparkling in ground pool and is conveniently located to local cafes and the beach is only metres away. There are big sunny decks and shutters on the verandah to filter the sun and manage the ocean breeze.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
This family-friendly house has 2 levels, with timber floors throughout the lower living areas. The lower level includes a long entry hall, the lounge room and dining room as well as the modern kitchen. On this level there is also a laundry, powder room and the double garage.
Off the living room is the outdoor entertaining area – fully covered, with a casual dining setting & BBQ. The north facing patio overlooks the garden, with a Bali inspired water-feature which makes it the perfect space to relax, hang out and take in the sunshine.
The yard is fully fenced and is great for the kids to play on the lawn as well as having a lovely big swimming pool. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms; Large master bedroom with ensuite including spa bath and its very own private deck. The other three bedrooms all have queen beds and the family bedroom sleeps four. The main bathroom includes a bath & shower with a separate toilet. There is also a 3rd smaller bathroom with a shower and separate toilet off the large family bedroom.
The casual lounge room features a 55" smart TV & DVD player and is also located on the upper level.

-Master bedroom - Queen Bed with large ensuite & spa bath, the private deck overlooks the dune reserve.
-Bedroom 2: has queen bed

-Bedroom 5: has 2 long singles (default) - can be zipped together to make a king bed on request.
*This bedroom also has a single bed and trundle. The upstairs outdoor-lounge area is off this room as is the access to the viewing deck. (NOTE: the trundle is not suitable for adults)
The main bathroom has a bath, shower and also a separate toilet
The 3rd bathroom has a shower and also a separate toilet

Lovely open-plan living spaces are on the ground floor that flow onto the outdoor entertaining area as well as pool – which makes this the ideal family-friendly holiday house. The glass bi-folds doors, louvers & doors face to the north to take full advantage of the cross ventilation, keeping the house nice and cool.

All of our properties are self-catering, we provide some basics to get you started but you will need to go shopping on arrival or order online.
Due to health regulations we are not allowed to leave opened food items, including food basics like salt and pepper. If you do find food items at the house that have been left by the previous guests use at your own risk or discard.
Please advise of bedding configuration (if applicable) in writing at the time of booking – otherwise the default layout will be set-up by housekeeping (see layout in description of property).
Standard pet fee will apply - pets on application only.
We do not provide cots, high chairs and baby gates - these can be hired through: Holiday Hiring Service in Marcoola

Marcoola Beach is fast becoming one of the Sunshine Coast's most popular destinations. Its proximity to Coolum Beach, Noosa Heads and Sunshine Coast Airport is not it’s only attraction. Within 20 minutes you can be in the Hinterland exploring Maleny, Montville and surrounding areas. For those that like to enjoy an early morning challenge or beautiful sunset, Mt Coolum is 2 kilometres away.
The white sandy surf beaches are uncrowded and offer great surf for boardriders of all levels. It’s popular for families, fishing and is pet friendly. The house is located 500m from Marcoola patrolled beach and surf club.
For golf enthusiasts, the popular Twin Waters and Mt Coolum Golf clubs are a short drive from the house so pack the clubs.
There are several local cafes within easy walking distance from the house and a short drive to the local shopping centre at Mount Coolum or Coolum Beach is 10 mins away.

Our holiday homes offer a home away from home & most are located within easy walking distance to the beach, local shops and cafes. For check in we offer a meet and greet service by appointment and this arrangement can be confirmed after the booking process is completed. We are also on call to guests 24/7 in case of any issues arising during their stay. Our office is open Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm for non-urgent matters.
