The flat is located in Alberoni ,the greenest part of the Lido
Alberoni lies on a stretch of land between the Laguna and the prestigious Golf Club, one of the most established and renowned in Italy.
The flat is in a newly renovated building which dates back to 1826.
The residence is part of a new residential complex, built to a high standard and of architectural value. It’s right in the centre of the village.( It lends its name to the village high street: Strada Ca’ Rossa)
The residence comprises private pool and internal car park with personal parking space.
The flat has it’s own private garden with dining area and a remote controlled sun canopy.
The residence is mainly used by the owners of the flats who are not permanent occupiers but who arrive regularly to enjoy this prestigious building in a quiet corner of the laguna and to take advantage of the 18 hole golf course next door.
The flat which is used throughout the year by the proprietors has been furnished to a high standard with custom made pieces and contemporary design furniture.
The building itself faces directly onto Alberoni’s high street.
Access to the residence is through a hallway , part of the original 18th century building, which leads into a small, open air, paved area with a small fountain on the right and the entrance to the flat on the left. Straight on is a ramp flanked by water which gives access to the pool about halfway along on the right, while on the left is a walkway which runs between the flat's private garden and the building's main gardens to the car park.
At the end of the ramp, overlooking a water feature, is a covered communal space which accesses other flats and also leads onto an area reserved for bicycles.
Once inside the flat the reception room is open plan with a divan bed in front of the fire place and a retro style Smeg fridge. The kitchen with a gas cooker and oven is on the left. A teak wood and iron staircase with custom made cupboards underneath , leads upstairs.
Upstairs a small hallway leads onto the bathroom (basin w.c bidet and shower) and a spacious double room with wood floor , built in wardrobe in wood with red and white enamel finish and Giano vano (designed by Castiglioni) bedside tables. There is even a third bed to be added if necessary.
The laguna is visible from the bedroom while the bathroom and hallway windows look out onto the entrance, pool and garden.
On the ground floor one of the three french windows leads out onto the flat’s private, paved garden,
screened from the communal areas by hedges, which has been furnished with a teak table and chairs and a remote controlled sun canopy.
The flat has below floor heating and it’s own boiler, in summer the double bedroom is air conditioned. The thickness of the walls and recent external weather proofing dispenses the ground floor of any need for air conditioning.
