Welcome to this well appointed 4 Bedroom 3 bathrooms townhome in the exclusive resort of Villas at Seven Dwarfs in Kissimmee, Florida.
Between the community's unbeatable location and well kept grounds and the townhome's well appointed furniture and decor and proximity to the clubhouse, this property will suit most families for their perfect Florida stay.
The home has two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms !
Fantasy Getaway is truly what this property is. It's title embodies what the owners have sought to achieve with this home.
The spacious floor plan offers the kitchen, laundry, dining room living on the first floor. It also has a downstairs master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you will find another bathroom shared amongst two bedrooms that have two twin size beds in each. There is also another master bedroom upstairs with King size bed and it's own en-suite bathroom as well. Best of all the property is located a very short walk away from the community clubhouse and all it's amenities.
All bedroom and the living have flat screen TV's and cable service. There is free wi-fi included in the stay and free calls to the USA and Canada.
The community amenities are what truly set this home apart. Coming down the main entryway you notice the beautiful clubhouse at the end of the road. The clubhouse has a gym, games rooms, poolside restaurant / bar. Outside you will see a large community pool and spa. There is a new children's water area as well. The community also has paddle boats for rent, a fishing pier, walking trails, basketball courts, sand volley ball court and a children's playground.

We kindly remind you that this is a self catering vacation rental. You'll be provided with some starter dishwasher tabs, hand soaps, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional consumable items such as the items just mentioned, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. are the guests responsibility. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions about these items.
It takes us just 7 minutes to get to Disney World! 10 if you get unlucky with a red light or two ;) Universal Studios, Sea World, and all the Orlando attractions are nearby and very easily accessible.
Traffic and tolls are not a problem here (thank goodness!), and it is convenient to everything. Super Target and Sam's Club are just a block away, Walmart is just a mile away, Publix (grocery store) is a short drive, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
East or West coast beaches are only an hour to an hour and a half drive way.
Orlando International airport is only 30 minutes away.
