My home offers easy access to all things fabulous Bristol has to offer. 10 mins from M4/M5/Cribbs Causeway, 15 min drive from the City Centre, Westbury On Trym offers a quieter more refined alternative with all the benefits of a cosmopolitan city close by. The green space of the Downs a pleasant 15 min walk. A good selection of restaurants pubs parks & shops within 15 min walk.

PLEASE NOTE: DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, I WILL NOT BE ENTERING YOUR ROOM FOR ANY REASON DURING YOUR STAY.
The room is a cosy, bright, space which looks out on to the garden. Super comfy Zip and Link Super-king or 2 x large singles means the main bed can quickly be adapted to accommodate a variety of group/guest types. Please be aware that unless requested at time of booking a single bed will be made up for a single guest. There will be a small, additional weekly charge payable should a single guest require the super-king bed. The 2nd/3rd bed is a fold-away Z bed for a child up to the age of 12 (please note while this is suitable for an adult to sleep in, this is not a full sized bed), or a travel crib for an infant, (own bedding/baby sleep bag required). There's a good selection of clean towels in the room however should you require any more for swimming/beach use, they're available on request, please just ask. Bedding will changed weekly and your room will be cleaned by arrangement for guests staying longer than 3 nights. I will not enter unless I'm asked or I have told you in advance for cleaning (this is your space and I have total respect for your privacy). There's a tall chest of draws for your use as well as a double, full length mirrored wardrobe for anything requiring hanging There's an LED flat screen TV + T9 Android TV Box and a Nintendo Wii games console+balance board+small selection of family orientated games. There is a hairdryer and a steam iron in the room, straighteners and or curling tongs/wand are available on request as is an ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID-19 AND IN AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP BOTH YOU AND US SAFE, REGRETFULLY WE HAD HAD TO REDUCE THE LEVEL OF FREE ACCESS IN OUR HOME TO A MINIMUM AND MUST ASK GUESTS TO; ADHEAR TO GUIDELINES AT ALL TIMES AND TO SANITISE APPRORIATELY.
You'll have full access to the rest of the bungalow including the garden compete with outside furniture and large gas BBQ. Smoking is only permitted in the garden.
Although the bathroom is technically shared, my husband leaves the house by 6.30a.m for work and I rarely use the bathroom whilst guests are in the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with most of the gadgets you're likely to need and probably, like most, many you won't. Breakfast is provided at a time to suit you, unlimited selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks throughout the day. You're more than welcome to cook a meal at any time. The fridge and freezer are at your disposal for any foods/drinks that require chilling and please feel free to use any herbs, spices, condiments or sauces etc to aid/complete your meal. There's a family sized washing machine and tumble dryer available for a small additional charge per load should you need to do any personal washing. We welcome the use of all amenities in the bungalow and that you treat our home as your own, all we ask is that if you use the cooker, BBQ etc that you clean up after yourselves.
The lounge is comfy and modern having just completed a total redecoration from floor to ceiling (awaiting new pic's). There's a large, flat screen, smart TV with Virgin HD TV including BT Sports Channels.
We have pass-worded WiFi throughout, the code will be given to you on your arrival.
The only area of our home that is out of bounds is our bedroom.

You will have noted from both previous comments I have made in the information as well as from my reviews that I'm a big cat lover. I currently have 5 in total, 2 outdoor Egyptian Mau's and 3 Maine Coons which are predominately indoor cats. We therefor have hooded litter boxes in the house, I do my very best to dispose of any waste as soon as a cat uses a litter tray to minimise any unpleasant odours. Cleanliness and hygiene are very high on the agenda and I take great pride in ensuring there are as few signs as is possible that there are any animals, anywhere in the bungalow at any time.
Maine Coons can be very Dog like in personality and will "greet" anyone who enters. All of mine are extremely friendly and will want to say "hello" it would therefore be impossible to avoid contact entirely during your stay. The 2 Egyptian Mau's are rarely in the house except to eat, have an occasional cuddle and for the odd snooze.
As much as we love them, none of the cats are allowed access to any bedroom at any time but they will, most definitely invade your space given the opportunity. We therefore ask you to please ensure you keep your bedroom door closed at all times.
The bungalow is completely wheelchair accessible with ramp access to the front door as well as a wheelchair accessible, level access shower room.
There are a number of mobility/disability aids throughout that can easily be made available for your use should you require them.

Our cosy bungalow is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a residential estate. There are public transport links enabling access to all areas of the City as well as surrounding towns and villages such as Bath and Cleveden on the main road just 5 minutes from the house. The beautiful area of Clifton along with the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge is also just a short distance from the bungalow. There are just a few houses between us and a wildlife reserve. We are in between Westbury-On-Trym and Henleaze where you'll find a good selection of shops and when restrictions allow, restaurants including a Michelin stared authentic Italian and a fabulous Indian. There's also a good selection of pubs, most offering a range of excellent food to suit all tastes and budgets. We've got parks and woodlands, even a Swimming Lake just a stones through away from the house.
There's everything you need in the immediate vicinity to enjoy a relaxing, stress free, quality of life with all the attractions a cosmopolitan city has to offer close by.

Having returned to working on the frontline for the NHS 3 days a week, Covid -19 restrictions and not wanting my guests to suffer any laps in standards, I have had to make alterations to my hosting style and availability, including my check in/out routine. However, I will continue to be as flexible as possible and endeavour to accommodate every ones needs as best as I can so, please don't be shy, if you have a specific requirement please ask. I will still be at home a lot of the time and generally on hand to provide assistance or answer any queries you may have, both prior to your arrival and throughout your stay. Your room is your own private space and has everything you'll need to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay.
