Located just a few minutes from San Marco, just behind the Pietà church, Ca 'Orsola offers views of the rooftops and bell towers of Venice. It has a strategic position to visit both Piazza San Marco and its monuments, the Giardini della Biennale, the Arsenale and Castello area. The area is rich in sites to visit. A few steps from the apartment are the Orthodox Church of the Greeks, San Giorgio degli Schiavoni with the works of Carpaccio, the church of San Zaccaria and the delightful Campo Bragora.
A few minutes from San Marco, Ca 'Orsola is a lovely attic penthouse composed of entrance, living room with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The mezzanine consists of a living room with satellite TV and a possible second double bed.

Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, espresso coffee machine, crockery and pots and basic necessities (salt, sugar oil, coffee ...)

The nearest stop (San Zaccaria) and served by all the vaporetti lines, including those for the islands and the airport (Alilaguna blu line), is just a few minutes from the apartment.
Just below the house are restaurants, pastry shops, taverns, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry and grocery stores (bread, fruit and vegetables, fresh pasta, butcher and small fishmonger).
It is not recommended for elderly people and small children, due to the presence of 60 steps.
The apartment is on the third floor without lift.

The price does not include the tourist tax € 2.00 per person per day that the owner is required to pay to the City of Venice, for the first 5 days of stay.
In case of long stays, agree with the owner for cleaning service.

In case of longer stay, please agree the possible weekly cleaning fee with the owner.
