Our beautiful holiday home is close to the Langebaan Lagoon, West Coast Nature Reserve, great restaurants and has gorgeous Lagoon views. You’ll love the feel of the spacious open plan living area that is perfect for either lazy days on the couch or for effortless entertaining. Our Lagoon house is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups who are looking for a stunning space to stay. If your coming to Langebaan to enjoy some kitesurfing you'll love our outdoor hot water shower :)

Our home was thoughtfully designed and built by us. You'll find it gives you a sense of freedom and togetherness while allowing all its occupants to choose if they wish to be social or private!
The Great Room is the social centre of the house! Its a large, open plan room with a truly double volume raw, polished wood ceiling which flows beautifully from kitchen, to dining room, to lounge. All areas in the Great Room feel perfectly defined while still being connected with every other area of the room.
Imagine a space where the person cooking in the kitchen still feels connected with the young adults playing card in the lounge, the friends chatting over drinks at the dinning room table, and the children playing ball in the garden, while a refreshing breeze comes in through the three wide open stacker doors, looking over the garden and the distant lagoon.
With all this going on in the Great Room perhaps some elderly family members feel overwhelmed and need some space and time to read and relax, so they retreat either into one of the guest bedrooms which have palace doors opening up to the garden should they choose to still maintain a degree of connection with the goings on in the rest of the house. They may also choose to wander to the upstairs landing where a beautifully designed reading couch awaits, our the upper balcony to catch some sun while they read and look out over the lagoon.
Once evening comes the fire is lit outside for the evening braai and after everyone is well fed the inside fire is lit for warmth while the adults unwind with a nightcap on the couch.

Lagoon Living is situated in Myburgh Park. A great suburb on Langebaan closest to the local Yacht Club. It’s up on a hill with most properties enjoying great views of the Langebaan Lagoon!
