During our absence, we rent our second home.
Large apartment of 75 m2 comfortable, very well located and very well equipped. Family occupation and limited to 8-9 people.

In a residence that looks like a large mountain chalet, this duplex apartment is independent and comfortable.
Facing south with views of the mountains, it is very well located (see map in photo album).
Located on the fifth (top) floor, it is served by a lift. The residence has a private tennis court.
A great big room dining, den and kitchen overlook a large balcony..
The three bedrooms are located on two levels, (with stair gate for young children), see plan.
The first (13.5 m2), downstairs, is equipped with a double bed 1.40 m wide, the second (8.5 m2), top, has a double bed (1.4 m) with a bed extra, third (10.5 m2), is equipped with 4 beds (0.9 m wide), 2 bunk and two on the ground (platform and mattress on the floor.
The living room sofa is convertible (double bed), but is not counted in the number of beds.
The two bathrooms and two toilets round off the 75 m2, in addition to the garage (covered and enclosed), the private ski room and the collective bike garage ..
The surfaces are counted above 1.8 m (french Carrez law) heights, real surfaces are larger.
The equipment is complete, TV (HD), dvd, telephone, private wireless internet, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc..
The village and services are within walking distance (10 minutes), and free shuttles to the slopes and the village is 5 minutes walk.
The winter and summer activities for many small and large (hiking, skiing, wave pools, ice skating, etc.). See the website of the Tourist Office
