My place is close to Sanford Stadium! Five Points, Downtown, UGA Campus, Ramsey, Botanical Gardens, Across the Street from Lake Herrick and the Intramural Fields.

It's a quick walk to five points (which has quite a few fantastic and well known eateries) on Milledge Avenue (about 10min.) and across the street to nature trails and Lake Herrick. Sanford Stadium is just down the street about a 15-20 minute walk with sidewalks on both sides of the road. The Botanical Gardens is a short drive down south milledge (about 5min. By car). Athens Memorial Park with animal exhibits is about 5 minutes away by car (10-15minutes walking). Laundry facilities are available, they do require credit cards or coins (just ask me if you would like to use the laundry facility and I can send instructions). It is a quiet area.
