The studio is 10 miles from Santa Rosa and 15 minutes to St. Helena. Please note, we are located right next to Petrified Forest road which gets a lot of road traffic and noise.

You will have your own 1 BR, 1 BA studio to yourself along with your own outdoor dining/lounge space, fire pit, and parking space.
This listing has its own private entrance, but guests should be aware that the owners' home is also on the 4 acre lot. The owners' house is a totally different structure. The owners are working professionals . The owners are happy to meet and speak to guests and accommodate any requests or give guidance about the best places to eat, drink, and shop in the valley. However, they try to respect their guests' privacy during their stay.
You will typically be communicating with the owner via email on airbnb. During your stay, the owner, who lives on site, will usually be around to answer any questions you may have. Upon booking, you will be sent instructions for cottage access. As well, we will be available to answer any questions you may have about restaurants, wineries, Napa Valley, etc.
Please note we live next to a main highway and you can hear road noise, sometimes from inside the home. We also have a corrugated roof so if it's raining you will hear it. There are earplugs in the closet for your convenience.
