It is a recently renovated luxury apartment, well equiped with all comforts and facilities. The apartment has three bedrooms, and shared space including a stylish open kitchen, living room and a bathroom. It is a clean and luminous flat with large windows, with beutiful view.

One of my passions is cooking, so you can find all kinds of utensils and appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher and oven among others. The guests also have a big refrigerator and a freezer at their disposal. The guest will be provided with bathroom utilities, clean towels, slippers, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, and clothes iron. The house is equipped with high-speed internet.
In your room you can find a folder with maps and all the information of the tourist sites of Seville that may interest you.

There is more than one room that is rented, therefore, maybe you can meet other guests on the apartament. To protect your privacy, each room has a lock and kitchen, living room and bathroom are cleaned every day if there is more than one room occupied.
Inform you that for security there are several surveillance cameras at the entrance of the building and another in the living room of the apartment.

The flat is located in the wonderful and friendly neighborhood of Triana, in a fairly quiet area with amazing views. City center is at walking distance and takes less than 20 minutes. By walk, you will enjoy San Jacinto and Betis streets of Triana and cross the Guadalquivir River by the famous Triana Bridge built in 1852 by Queen Isabel II. If you do not feel like walking you also have bus line 43, from just outside the apartment, that will take you to the city center. The apartment has two supermarkets and local shops across the street for all you could need.
