the extra bed (futón type) is a kind of sofa but it is bit larger than regular sofa, so it can accomodate an extra person (however, it is officially considered as for 1 person, not 2)
cleaning tax will be used to perform a full cleaning 1 day before guest arrival

Priscilla is a journalist who loves to travel. Priscilla has visited 58 countries and 19 of the 27 Brazilian states. She enjoys Jazz, Instrumental Brazilian Music and Contemporary Art. Gabriel has a BA in philosophy and is a full-time Airbnb Host. Gabriel has visited 23 countries and 11 of the 27 Brazilian states. He enjoys Classical Music, Samba, Jazz, Black Music and Contemporary Art, and is a book aficionado. We have hosted people from all the five continents, that is, from the Australian Outback to London, from Ghana to Taiwan, the Brazilian countryside to New York. Our know-how as Airbnb Hosts (since 2012) and Priscilla's enduring efforts to help to create an Airbnb Community in São Paulo, took us to the First Airbnb Open in San Francisco. We presented two workshops on "How travel experiences can make you a better host". As our son, Pedro, was born in 2015, we could not attend Airbnb Open in Paris, which we were invited to. Throughout 2015, we took part of the Open Homes Committee, an Airbnb initiative to provide lodging for those in need and the victims of natural disasters. In 2016, Priscilla was invited to attend Airbnb Open once again and take part of a panel on "The Power of Community" along with Peter Kwan, SF based host and an important Home Sharing advocate. Recently, Priscilla, along with some fellow hosts, organized the Digital Host Week, an online event on home-sharing-related issues.
