A Grade 2 listed one bedroom cottage in the Heart of Charnwood Forest one of three listed properties set in the middle of the village of Woodhouse Eves. We offer a 30% weekly and 45% monthly. A fantastic location for anybody visiting the Charnwood Forest area. The Cottage is in minutes walk from pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

A Grade 2 listed one bedroom cottage in the Heart of Charnwood Forest one of three listed properties set in the middle of the village of Woodhouse Eaves. There are numerous quality public houses and restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store selling most products only a couple of minutes’ walk away. The cottage is fully equipped, with modern bathroom, country bespoke kitchen, small living room with TV. Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. The cottage gives you a wonderful homely feeling, with a relaxing living room, Kitchen is well stocked with utensils pots pans plates cups etc. There is a toaster Microwave washer dryer for your convenience. The Bathroom is modern with bath and shower. There is adequate storage within the bedroom. We provide clean linen for the bed and bath towels to make your stay comfortable. There is a shared garden at the rear of the Cottage.

Woodhouse eves sits in the heart of the Charnwood Forest and is perfect for walks and trips. a few minutes drive from Bradgate Park walking distance to Beacon Hill and Swithland Woods. Only a few minutes drive and you can be at Quorn Station of the Great Central Steam Railway. There are four public houses all within walking distance all with good reputations of providing good food and beers.
