You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, central location, comfy beds. My place is good for vacation, relocation jobs, medical school rotation, transitional housing, solo adventurers and business travelers.
My place is close to restaurants and dining, walking trails, shopping, etc.

My townhouse features two bedrooms, one bath in the upper level. Main level with kitchen open concept, living/dining room. Basement have been professional finished, spacious open concept bedroom (no conforming) . There are two twin beds, desk and a bookcase.
Sorry, there is no bathroom in the main level.

You have access to the whole house: Main level: Kitchen, living-dining space and back deck which open to a green open space.
Upper level: Two bedrooms one bath
Basement: Bedroom (no conforming), hall, bathroom and laundry room.
其他注意事項
Please, park only on the driveway or on the reserved parking space (unit number 5-2) on the left side of the building. If you park on a neighbors parking space your car might be towed.
The bathroom on second floor is located between the two bedrooms. Bathtub and toilet are separated from vanity-sink which is outside in the hall. (Please see pictures).
There is no bathroom in the main level.
In summer time, specially during hot days, the air conditioning is not enough to cool down the bedrooms in the upper level. If warm temperature in the bedroom is a concern for you then this is not the right house in Summer time. A portable fan is located in the main room.

The neighborhood is quiet and well located. The house is close to good restaurants, Young's cafe is one of my favorites. If you like Vietnamese cuisine try this one (6 minutes). If you like Italian cuisine try Rare italian in downtown (12 minutes), If you love jazz, go to Jay's American Bistro for a special-occasion American eatery & live jazz (14 minutes). If you like recommendations on something else, just let me know.
