You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, as it's in the heart of downtown Port Coquitlam.
My place is good for

safe for solo female travellers,
business travellers.

The back yard has a covered deck and is great to have your morning brew, or just sit under the pergola under the grape vines.

This is only one large master bedroom with a sitting area, closet, fireplace, and your own ensuite bathroom. There is a lovely large deck which is shared, and is right outside your private entrance.
***PLEASE NOTE: this space does NOT include, laundry, or kitchen. **** However:
There is a mini fridge in the room and a single coffee maker.
Due to the electrical wiring in this old house, the room does not accommodate a kettle, or microwave oven. I appreciate the feedback but please note that this isn't possible without blowing a fuse.

I'm a mature, single woman and work as an Educational Assistant (or TA), with special needs children and teens. My children are all grown so I'm an empty. I enjoy reading, learning new things and new adventures. As a traveller, I enjoy unique architectural buildings, museums, fine dining, good coffee is a must! and exploring the touristy things that are famous to that particular place. I require a clean, quiet, safe place that is accessible to public transit, a private bathroom, and I'm gone for the day. Looking forward to the new adventures! I'm also an Airbnb host, something I've wanted to do for years and so excited to that it's finally happening. I do enjoy meeting new people and getting to know what brings them to town. I've enjoyed this and some very special gems of people who have passed through here.
