THE UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A/C
Mission beach becomes congested during the summer so parking and getting around can be challenging. Walking and biking is your best way to get around. Please note this is a safe area, but leaving valuables outside like surfboards and bikes is not recommended keep them locked up. During the summer we sometimes get individuals looking for opportunities to take what does not belong to them.
Parking is a premium in mission beach, your unit does come with one assigned parking spot and it is labeled with your unit number please park neatly between the lines. You may be towed if your vehicle blocks another spot! Because mission beach is a tourist destination and we get a lot of people who are from out of town people sometimes park in the incorrect parking space or are just rude and park where they are not supposed to. I don’t have control of this so, for this reason, I will not guarantee parking. Please send us a picture of your car parked in the correct spot when you check in so that your car is not wrongfully towed.

I grew up in San Francisco and San Diego has been base camp for me since 2001. My passions are traveling, meeting new friends, surfing and snow boarding. I tend a veggie garden and enjoy cooking healthy meals.
