First floor of our large house in Winterberg - Elkeringhausen, with superb view and park-like garden.

You have access to the main floor of the house, including large balcony and very large garden. Freezer, laundry machine and dryer in the basement floor are accessible upon request. Firewood is in a shed in the garden

You are expected to do a basic cleaning before you check out so the house is fit for next guests. Or you can choose to book check-out cleaning, 45 Euro, payable before checkout.
Rental price does not include laundry of bedsheets and towels.
We prefer that you bring your own bedsheets and towels. The double beds have single matresses (80x200cm) and duvets. If you need to rent from our stock for 7,50 Euro per set, please ask before arrival. Payable before you check out.
The Tourism board of Winterberg requires guests to pay a tourism tax (Kurtaxe) (1,95 Euro per night for guests over 15 years) In return you get the Sauerland card for all guests, it gives free public transport + various price reductions.
