Hey...., welcome to Christchurch. This is a small, quiet, sunny house, great location in south Christchurch. Close to buses, swimming pool and gym, shopping malls and city attractions are within 5-15 minutes by car. Recently repaired from the earthquakes so has a brand new bathroom right next door to your spacious room.
If you're travelling on your own or a couple exploring Christchurch this is the right place for you. My space is basic and tidy and people enjoy my easy-going nature.

Christchurch airport is 13 kilometers away, 20-25 minutes by car, takes about an hour by public bus (you'll have to change buses). Shared taxi (Supershuttle) takes 30-40 minutes and drops you at my front door.
I run an organic farm consultancy business from home so sometimes I'm on the phone early morning and late evening. I'm creating a food forest in my garden so any suggestions would be appreciated.

My house is opposite Centennial Park and Pioneer Recreation Centre which has a swimming pool and gym. There is a Heathcote River walk within a kilometre. Barrington Mall is 2-3 minutes by car, local cafes are within a kilometre. There are several weekend farmers markets nearby. My house will be on the new Nor' West Arc cycle route and the local mountain bike adventure park is just around the corner.
