Modern and tastefully decorated home in a great neighbourhood with all amenities and added touches to enjoy your stay in Calgary and/or to use as a base camp while exploring the mountains nearby. Our home offers a nicely decorated, recently renovated kitchen, 4 bedroom, 2 full & 2 half baths with fully landscaped backyard that includes a hot tub to enjoy at the end of the day. Canada Olympic park is close enough to see out of our front windows and a large park with playgrounds along with city pathways leading to the Bow River and Bowness Park are right out our front door. Very easy access to Hiway 1 that leads you straight West to the Mountain Parks if you want to escape for the day. Canmore and Banff National Park entrance is aprox 50 mins from our driveway which makes the trip home after a day of hiking or skiing very easy. City center is approx 20-30 min on any given day and Stoney Trail provides quick access to the airport. Plus our community LRT station provides an easy alternative allowing you to park at our neighbourhood station and take our light rail transit system downtown to main attractions (Stampede Park, Zoo, shopping, dining).
Our home features three bedrooms on the second level; master has a queen bed, attached bath with separate shower, soaker tub, walk-in closet and TV. Second upstairs bedroom has a double bed and the third has a double comfortable futon couch for additional guests along with access to a second three (3) piece bathroom on the second floor. Forth bedroom is located on the basement level and has access to its own half bath and sitting area along with electric fireplace, TV and a desk.
The main floor features an open living room with a gas fireplace and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with a table to seat 6 and an island with stools to accommodate 2 more along with door accessing the deck that has a BBQ along with a table/chairs and umbrella shade to use for meals during the warmer months.
The back yard is very nicely landscaped with a new 6-seater hot tub which is great to use throughout the year along with additional seating around a propane fire pit that can be used while the snow is away.
Your home away from home will be well stocked with all of the amenities you may need to prepare and serve meals (incl spices and coffee) along with quick access to a shopping complex located a few blocks away to pick up groceries or other items you may need. Laundry is located on the main floor and fresh linens, towels and basic toiletries will be provided during your stay. As frequent renters ourselves, we understand what it is families are looking for in a vacation rental along with the added touches that add to an enjoyable experience.

Wonderful family orientated neighbourhood with all essential amenities available a few blocks away in our community shopping complex. We have a large sports field with playgrounds located right across the street that is often used for soccer, touch football, fitness classes and other outdoor sports activities. Right out the front door a city sponsored pathway system can take you down to the Bow River and Bowness Park or around the hilltops for great downtown and mountain views for those who like to walk or run. There is also challenging and beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course a short drive away :)
