Located less than 5 minutes from Old Tampa Bay and a 15 minute drive from Gulf beaches, this second floor condo is within a diverse and active community. It has quick access to shopping, restaurants & many other destinations in the area. Steps away from a great running/cycling trail, this unit is great for active travelers. Tampa Bay paddle boarding is only 10 minutes away.

The space has cookware & dinnerware so you can make meals in the kitchen if you like. The TV has over the air stations and a Roku for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO, etc. account(s).

It is located on the second floor. There is a dedicated parking space for this unit, & there is street parking as well. We cannot guarantee that the parking space will be available. Sometimes visitors park in the reserved space without permission. Street parking is only an addition 20-30 feet away. You must use a smart phone to access this property. We do not have physical keys available.

***COVID-19*** For the protection of yourself and our neighbors, we ask that you maintain social distancing and wear a mask when outside of the condo and on premises.
Some neighbors do smoke outside their apartments. Unfortunately we cannot control this. No smoking is allowed in this unit but we cannot control those that break the rules. The unit does have an air purifier onsite if for some reason there is an issue for you.
Please be aware that some of the neighbors play music on Friday and Saturday evenings, which may or may not be loud depending on your sensitivity. This doesn't happen al of the time but it does happen. Normally it stops by 11PM, which is when the noise ordinance kicks in. Keep this in mind if you sensitive.
We do expect guests to wash their dishes before checking out.

This is an active & diverse community made up of home owners & renters situated near US19 in Clearwater. Sometimes people do listen to music on their porch area or inside, and do smoke outside their homes. This doesn't happen during unreasonable hours but I am mentioning for those that might be sensitive. No smoking is allowed in this unit but we cannot control those that break the rules. The unit does have an air purifier onsite if for some reason there is an issue for you.
