We are renting out our beautiful holiday townhouse in the charming and quiet village Pegeia. It is located just a three minute drive from Coral Bay, with some of the best beaches in Cyprus.
The property is both beautifully decorated and functional to allow for a relaxing holiday.
As a guest you have access to a spacious private pool for the complex.

Ground Floor: Living room with lounge and dining lounge, electric fireplace, TV. Kitchen with electric cooker and extractor hood, microwave, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. WC with washbasin.
1st floor: 1 bedroom w / double bed, dressing table and access to balcony. 1 bedroom w / 2 twin beds and dressing table. Bathroom: Shower, toilet, washing machine, sink.
Wifi. Air Conditioning in living room and both bedrooms. Fifth person can sleep in movable extra bed.
Property outside: Private terrace with lounge and seating for 6, and 2 large private sun beds overlooking the pool. Balcony (accessed from master bedroom on the 1 st floor) with a table, two chairs and pool / ocean view.
Outdoor area: Large outdoor pool (private for the apartment complex) in beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with sun beds, showers, locker rooms and restrooms.
Neighbourhood:
The apartment is located in the charming village of Pegeia. Here you will find cozy restaurants and shops. In Coral Bay, a three minute drive away, you can find a large supermarket and some of the best beaches in Cyprus. Paphos Zoo is minutes away by car. Paphos town with a large shopping center and a bustling nightlife is a fifteen minute drive away. The water park and a small amusement park are also available here.
Paphos International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car (Ryanair and EasyJet fly here among others) and Larnaca International Airport is approximately 2 hours away.ra
