The apartment is on the Top floor(2nd floor after Ground floor)that has No Elevator to reach. The guest has to climb the stairs.
Guests who are Covid 19 FREE can only book and are allowed inside Flat. They must take the precautions of their own to keep sanitised and also keep the place sanitised during their stay.

The apartment is about 550 sft. It has a bed room with attached bath room. The bed room is air conditioned and also has a ceiling fan. It accommodates 2 persons.
A 3rd guest can sleep in non air conditioned living room which has a ceiling fan. There is a second bath room for the convenience of the 3rd guest which is attached to the living room.
There is a kitchen with very basic things and a balcony to relax and smoke.
There is no Wifi and Power backup and phone signals inside are weak.
The apartment is not suitable to Workation.
The apartment is on the top floor that is on the second floor after the Ground floor and the guest must climb steps to reach it as there is no Elevator or Lift in the building.

(1). The nearest beach and water sports is just 10 mts walk. It is sandwiched between very scenic Sinquerim beach and the very vibrant condolim main beach.
(2). The Aguda fort, jail and the Light house are on a nearby hill. There is a view point behind the light house about 200 meters for a good view around which must be visited in the mornings before 9 am. Otherwise the hot Sun evaporates the sea surface resulting in humid fumes forbidding the visibility.
(3). Clangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vegator, Morjim, Aswem, Mandrem and Arambol beaches are within 10 minutes to 60 minutes driving distance.
(4). Clive's Saturday night Bazaar in Arpora adjacent to Club Cubana.
(5). Night clubs viz., Sinq, LPK, Titos, Mambos, Club Cubana just few minutes drive.
(6). Beautiful capital city Panjim is just 12km.
