The house facing west-southwest, is located on the southern peninsula of Pelion, 1.5 km outside the village of Lafkos on the road to Milina. Its strategic location provides easy access to both the Aegean coast and the gulf beaches. Milina beach, 5 minutes drive from the house, has wonderful sandy beaches for the whole family. The house has stunning views of the bay and is quite far from the daily noise and crowds of summer.

Independent ground floor apartment 60 sqm, fully furnished and beautifully decorated, designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. Spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and two sofa beds, large bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom with shower. New anatomically comfortable mattresses and pillows, new sheets and towels. It is professionally cleaned for your satisfaction. Available for non-smokers. This apartment communicates with a smaller 35 sq.m. consisting of another living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, terrace, round courtyard and gardens. The extra spaces (35 sq.m.) are available for more than 4 guests.
There is another independent apartment on the first floor that we use when we are on vacation.

You will enjoy your stay if you like the peaceful countryside. There is easy access via the main road in less than 3 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from the village of Lafkos and 5 minutes from the sea to Milina. There are food markets with fresh vegetables and fruits, bakeries with wonderful varieties of bread and pastries for daily services in both villages, a pharmacy in Milina and taverns serving delicious food. There are many places and remote pristine coves to find out if you want to walk the old cobbled streets. You can spend the whole day on any of the many beaches and return late in the afternoon to enjoy a drink and the breathtaking sunset on the terrace and in the courtyard.
Lafkos, a picturesque village built between the 15th and 16th centuries, is characterized by the great boom in arts and letters. During your visit, take a walk through the beautiful alleys to observe the buildings with neoclassical influences. Other attractions include the three-aisled Basilica of the Virgin Mary in the main square, the Fampa Museum, home to works by local painter and sculptor Thanassis Fampa, and the Radio Museum, which houses a large collection of rare radios, donated by German philhellene Wilfried Walks. The monastery of Agios Athanasios is located just outside the village.
Milina is a seaside village that attracts visitors mainly during the summer season. Despite its tourist development, it managed to keep its picturesque character intact. During the summer you can enjoy your swim in the crystal clear waters of the Pagasitikos and dine with fresh fish in the taverns along the coast.
Every summer in the village of Horto next to Milina, you have the opportunity to participate in the artistic and musical events of the Public Benefit Culture Foundation Angelini-Hatzinikou.
