Check in is flexible where possible, but limited on weekdays during school terms due to my work. Please ask before booking if this is an issue - thanks.

You will share this 3-bedroom flat with me, Oliver, a teacher, and my partner. The flat has a comfy lounge, clean bathroom with shower and bath, and fully-equipped kitchen that is yours to use. Feel free to help yourself to tea and coffee anytime. I do not smoke, but you can smoke outside on the balcony if you wish.

You are invited to make yourselves at home and have free access to all the common areas of the apartment, as well as exclusive access to your room.
Please note that on weekdays the earliest check in is at 6:30pm due to work. Unfortunately, as a teacher I am unable to offer earlier check in on weekdays except during school holidays when check in is available at any time.
Usually check out is before 11am, but this is flexible and usually you are welcome to stay as late as you like. The exception is on days when I have other guests arriving, when I may ask you to store your luggage in a different room after 11am so that I can prepare the bedroom for the next visitors.

I will provide all your basic essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper. You will provide any additional toiletries you need, such as shampoo and toothpaste, etc.

The apartment is very close to the tube and many shops and restaurants. Just a short walk away is multicultural Brixton and trendy Brixton Market, the bars and restaurants of Clapham, and the nightlife of Vauxhall. The tube will take you to Central London in just 15 minutes.
There are a number of gyms in the neighbourhood and green open spaces like Clapham Common and Brockwell Park are just a brisk jog away.
