Port Saplaya is a marina resort inhabited by extremely friendly local living Spaniards. The beach is rarely full so you can always find some space or lounge at one of ten different bars and restaurants on the sea front.

I'm Irish working in Geneva. We have a family apartment in Port Saplaya, Valencia. I have found Airbnb fabulous to use as a guest and so the time has come to rent out our Spainish pad. This marina resort just a few km north of Valencia is like Venice, but nicer. You'll find this area to be perfect as a base for a beach, food, marina or big city vacation. Our main problem is we can't go enough... 25 days vacation is practically abusive!
