Bedroom - you felt there was insufficient storage in your room; however the listing does state that there is storage for a few items. It would have been helpful to us if you had made us aware on arrival and we would have addressed this for you immediately.
We’re sorry that you found there was no coffee in the room. As you had access to, and used the kitchen facilities during your stay we did explain that we were more than happy for you to take coffee from the kitchen to use in your room.
We’re sorry that you were unable to operate the blinds to your satisfaction, however you did mention that you preferred to sleep with them open and wake up to sunshine. The blinds need to be fully opened and the cord at a 45 degree angle to enable them to be drawn both opened and closed.
Kitchen - We’re sorry that you feel that we didn’t offer dish washing and microwave facilities, however this is reflected in the listing. The drainer is attached to the sink unit.
Local facilities - we have reviewed the information re walking / transport into town. This was a typo and we have amended the listing and would like to thank you for making us aware of the error.
You are correct with regards to not all the walk not having access to footpaths and this is for safety reasons. The footpath under the road bridge ceases to segregate pedestrians from traffic but this is only for a very short distance.
