Thank you for choosing my apartment to enjoy your holidays. Every review is critical for me as I would like to upgrade my apartment, however it must be reasonable. There was, indeed, a delay of the cleaning service because they had a car accident while they were coming to the apartment to clean. I did not have the time to think to inform you, as I learnt the last minute, because my first thought was if my co-operators need help for health reasons. However, you have not mentioned in your review that you came one hour earlier than the arrival time which is referred in my Airbnb apartment profile. However, I did not leave you out of the apartment under the sun. For your waiting time, my assistant offered you cold water, fresh fruits, coffee and I offered you to buy you a lunch for you and your guests and you refused everything.
As far as the air-condition is concerned, you had turned it on in very low temperature, as I saw when you departed, and you had all the windows open all the time. You would never had this temperature with opened windows.
Last but not least, there is no possibility to have problem with noise because the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in which families live, and the bedrooms are from the opposite site of the apartment. Apart from that, the apartment has aluminium windows with double glass. I really don't understand how you could not sleep.
I am really disappointed with you because you say all those lies. I am Superhost and all my other guests have written excellent reviews for me and my apartment, so everyone can understand your lies. Sorry but I am angry with your unrespectfulness for the things that I offered you which were much more from what I write in my apartment profile.
