Jolly Winds is a family home situated on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the surfing mecca of Polzeath and traditional fishing villages of Port Quinn, Port Issac and Port Gaverne. It's a short walk from the wild and exhilarating Lundy Bay and Epphaven Cove.

Jolly Winds was fully modernised in 2016. Large open plan kitchen diner with everything you need. There are four bedrooms upstairs, including a master king ensuite, and a further bedroom downstairs. In addition to the ensuite there is a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. The large living area allows for all guests to sit and relax together with a flat screen TV at one end and views of the garden at the other. Wi-fi access.

Jolly Winds is less than 5 mins drive from Polzeath and 10 mins from Rock both of which have small local shops. Wadebridge has larger supermarkets and is a 15 minute drive. The house is perfectly located for access to the rugged North Cornish coast which can be reached by foot from the house. Enjoy the secluded Lundy Bay or Epphaven or spend a few hours walking to Port Issac. There are a vast range of local restaurants and pubs within a short drive of the house including Nathan Outlaw at Port Issac and The Port Gaverne Hotel for fabulous pub food.
