Thanks for your kind words, Patricia. It is certainly satisfying to hear that all our hard work is paying off. As for the urinals, they are "waterless," which we purchased and installed in order to help with California's continuing drought issues. (It is estimated that this change alone will save about 30,000 gallons of treated water per year!) I just sent an email to the manufacturer, who replied while I was still writing this note. The problem is now identified and there should be no further odor.
Additionally (for the record), we have two additional kayaks available should another guest wish to enjoy paddling on our magnificent lake when the five watercraft you listed are all in use. And speaking of "magnificent," I'm glad you looked up at our night skies. The stars disappeared for a while in the aftermath of the Mendocino Complex fire, but I'm fairly certain that we are now back to having what the American Lung Association has deemed the cleanest air in the entire United States. I still marvel at what we are able to see. Last night I saw the Pleiades as bright as can be, and Orion was rising in the east not long after. That famous constellation will be returning nightly for the next half a year, and the details we can appreciate here in Lake County are extraordinary.
Anyway, thanks again for joining us. We look forward to a return visit (when we will do our best to provide an even more wonderful experience).
