Beautiful freshly renovated large room with retro-inspired decor in a commercial space (home built in 1900) that has a coffee shop. The house is close to the Lucy Desi Museum, the Northwest Arena, the city center and restaurants. It is also close to local attractions such as Peek n' Peak, Holiday Valley, Chautauqua Lake and Chautauqua Institution.
Joe Z Coffee is open Tuesday through Saturday and only for the morning and afternoon so the house is empty in the evenings. The coffee shop owners (Tom and Patty) are incredibly friendly and often leave treats for guests.
We do have another bedroom available in the house for larger parties. Here is the link to the other room: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/15507322
You're free to sit in the coffee shop dining area or front porch whether the coffee shop is open or not. Guests are not allowed in the kitchen or by the coffee shop counter. There is also a second floor sun porch with a small desk and two comfy chairs adjacent to the bedrooms.
A microwave and toaster oven is available for guest use in the coffee shop dining area.
Just let us know if you need anything during your stay! My husband and I (with our 14 month old daughter) live across the street.
We also have bicycles available if you're interested in riding around town.
The bathroom is private, for the most part. We do have another Airbnb room in the house and occasionally we have two parties in the house at the same time.
