Debbie’s first text stated she would be arriving in the evening as she was travelling after work. I replied that being late wasn’t an issue as she had her own front door and I would forward the code prior to her date.
I agree the room is modest in its dimensions (as the photographs show).
It is what it says on the tin.
A modest sized, has a nice Ensuite bathroom, it is a modern, clean, recently decorated room with a good bed, a good TV, good internet, hair drier, a table and chair with tea coffee etc.
The electronic door entry system incorporates an alarm for (in addition to the ceiling fitted fire alarm)fire and forced entry and slides a solid bolt across.
I have tried to be as open and revealing as possible in both describing the accommodation and the photos I have used. There is a photo of the front of the building with two blue front doors and I sent a text to Debbie explaining it was the Left hand blue door.
Debbie queried whether breakfast was provided as she thought she had read that it was. I checked the information I had placed on Airbnb to see if there was anything misleading and I couldn’t see anything that would confuse the issue.
Llandysul is a sleepy hollow and we are just off the High Street on a single lane road with very few houses along it. My understanding was that Debbie would arrive late and leave early for a meeting and I’m therefore surprised she didn’t stay because of pedestrians walking past.
I can only apologies if anything on the Airbnb website entered by me was misunderstood. We offer a modest sized room at a modest price with a modern door entry system (no keys, no disturbing anyone)on the front doors to both rooms.
