Our sincerest apologies for your experience - we aim to keep our Airbnb to a very high standard and this fault was because of a communication breakdown between ourselves and our cleaners. This is the first time that we have had a missed clean and it will certainly be the last.
In future, if anything like this was to happen again, I would suggest that you let the host know ASAP - we did not hear anything from you since your initial booking message. Had we known as soon as you arrived, we would have amended the issue immediately and worked to make your stay much more enjoyable. I'm sure future hosts will also appreciate the communication.
