Everything was good, communication was not an issue, house was stocked with everything you could ask for. Only downside, the apartment was kind of cold & you are unable to adjust the heat as the thermostat box is locked.
Jerry's place is clean in a good location. It was larger than we expected and the price was very reasonable. The kitchen is well stocked. Jerry was easy to communicate with and responsive. Not sure if we'd stay here again though. The unit is the first floor of a duplex in an old house. The upstairs floors are quite creaky and at times sounded as though the tenant upstairs was walking around hardwood floors in cowboy boots. It was loud, especially early on a Sunday morning. We were cold at times. The unit is heated, but we were unable to adjust the temperature. My husband woke up early Sunday morning and after a while came back to bed because he was cold and unable to get the heat turned up. There were several things not working - the dishwasher wasn't hooked up, the overhead light in the living room didn't work and neither did a grounded outlet in the kitchen (which was only problematic as there aren't very many grounded outlets in the old home to charge computers or other electronics). Hopefully these will be fixed shortly.
