Our apartment is stylish, bright and beautiful. It´s close to Munich´s city centre and to OKTOBERFEST (10 minutes by bus). The old building was built in 1910.

Information: 3rd floor, no lift. Big hall. Bathroom (tap, toilet, washbasin, window). Kitchen (with a lovely balcony, table for 2, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc.). Living room (with (sleeping)sofa, table for 4 und vinyl player). Bedroom (with cosy big bed, jalousie, cupboard).

The Hirschgarten (park with beer garden and a stag / ree herd in the park! and the Westpark (nice: (Cafe Gans am Wasser). Shopping (HIT, Edeka, Penny, Asia shop) in direct vicinity. Delicious Italian snack next door. *new: bouldering centre (called Einstein) a 5minute walk away!
Oktoberfest: 10 minutes by bus!
Clubs within walking distance:
Backstage.

All others with the public transport very well attainable.
Tip: Bar Cucurucu at the main station.
