Durig summer Croatia become very chaotic due to the huge amount of people visiting it! The biggest city are full of turist and traffic and it can ruin you vacation! If you want to spent some time stress-free and in a very quiet and isolated place this house is perfect for you! Svetvincenat is home to a beautiful Reinassance church and a medieval castel. The appartament consist of 3 badrooms, 2 bathrooms , a living room and a kitchen fully equiped. There is free wi-fi and air conditioning.

Within a 10 minute walk you will find a couple of bars, pizzeria, two general stores, post office and pharmacy as well. The principal towns of the region includung Pula, Rijeka, Umag, Porec, Rovinj are all within a 30 minute drive and both costs and all beachs are more easly accesible since the house is located in the centre of Istria. The house is surrounded by a wonderful forest ideal for those who loves bike riding. ALL KINF OF ANIMALS ARE WELCOME IN THE BIG GARDEN OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.
