A wonderful large converted barn nestled within the South Downs National Park. Situated down a private lane on the outskirts of the pretty village of Fernhurst, the barn is surrounded by woodland and open countryside and lies in the grounds of our 17th century home.
1 large spacious self-contained barn studio, separate kitchen, hallway and bathroom. A starter pack of pain au chocolate, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee and milk are all included. SKY, cinema screen, underfloor heating.

The barn has a large open plan living space spread out over one floor, with a separate kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is a double bed with a mattress topper and fresh cotton linen, an L-shaped sofa, cinema screen with SKY, beautiful stone floors with underfloor heating and rugs. The barn has a spacious separate kitchen with a table and chairs, a large fridge freezer, butlers sink, oven, hob and washing machine. A toaster, kettle and a starter pack of milk, pain au chocolate, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee will also be provided.

Guests are welcome to use our tennis court with prior agreement, but please bring tennis rackets and balls. We are unable to provide these.
The swimming pool is not for shared use .
We are surrounded by wonderful footpaths that surround our home for you to explore and enjoy, from straight outside of the gate.

Within easy reach of Cowdray Park Polo (5 miles), Goodwood Racecourse (13 miles), the historic town of Petworth (11 miles), Blackdown (5 miles), Chichester Cathedral (19 miles) and the glorious sandy beaches of West Wittering (25 miles), the barn is in the heart of West Sussex.
We also live within a few miles of some of the best pubs in England including The Noah's Ark, Lurgashall, and the Duke of Cumberland, Henley.

We live down a secluded private lane in the heart of the countryside. The barn is accessed through an electric gate, which leads onto a sweeping gravel driveway, continuing on to our family home.
