In a central area but outside the nightlife area which guarantees a good rest at night time. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and deck-grill with full-equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom and 30-liter water heater, cable TV, Wi-Fi, hammocks, blankets, 100% cotton sheets and Good quality mattress. Also a chimney for winter time.

This is a perfect place for 2 people, a family with children or a group of four friends. We like children and we don´t charge nothing for children until two years old (no stairs in the house).
You can use our fluid wi-fi conection, and our books during your staying among us. There is a outside shower and an outside laundry to wash the surf neopren clothes for example.

We are in a street with no trafic, really close to the comercial center and the beach in a quiet aerea in Punta del Diablo.

We are just 150 mts from a bus stop (parada numero uno-number one stop) and in summer when the buses only stop at the terminal you can take a shuttle or a taxi for a three minutes drive.
