The apartment is located next to the private Mai beach area (ca 800m from the house). It is on the 6-th floor of the new clean 8-floor house with elevator. The big 54m2 apartment consists of two isolated rooms:
*bedroom with dressing room can accommodate two people + a child in a baby crib.
*living room with an amazing seaview, can accommodate 2 people. An extra bed is available on demand per cost 10€ per day. You can spend your time sitting in the sunny balcony enjoying a breathtaking sea view.

Smoking is allowed only at the livingroom`s balcony.

Behind the house close to the sea, there is built a new small road, that leads directly to Pärnu beach. You can rent a bicycle or just walk and enjoy the beautiful landscape. Local bus station ca 0,5 min walk.
