Enjoy seasonal walks on the three miles of woodland trails and during the winter months, your backyard leads right into continued family fun with cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails, along with groomed, locally maintained snowmobiling trails that will link you all the way up to Bethel!
Originally constructed in 1810, this two-level home is part of the Paris Hill National Historic District, a 19th century village that sits 48 miles north of downtown Portland. You'll be in the midst of beautiful old homes, just a quarter-mile from the Paris Hill Country Club, and 30 miles north of the beloved Sebago Lake State Park. The property is also just steps away from the Cornwall Nature Preserve.
