Victorian Country, sit out on our big front porch with your coffee or cool drink; watch hummingbirds during the summer with deer and wild turkey in the back field. Quiet neighborhood just outside city limits; front stairs directly to your bedroom/bathroom.
***Our home is approximately 15-20 minutes from IU campus, depending on where you are going and time of day/traffic.

Keurig machine, with pods for coffee, tea, cocoa available at base of stairs toward kitchen, for your use. Occasionally, will have muffins &/or granola bars available.

*We have an 11 yr old boxer (about 70 lb), very friendly & has access to all of house, can shut her out of bedroom/bathroom.
*I'm usually not up early, especially on weekends - so you can help yourself to the Keurig/coffee machine. Well lit home, for security and access to home.
+You will be given a key to our front door, so you can come and go as needed.
*Would appreciate bedroom and bathroom picked up before departure. There are trash cans for your needs in each bedroom and bathroom, as well as rod for your towels in the bathroom.
*If you need an iron, please let me know in advance. (Small ironing board in bedroom #1 closet.)

Approx 60+ homes with approx acre lots, just a mile out of city; wooded and quiet area. Another few minutes and be to Lake Monroe with lots of options for water sports; 5 min to nearest gas/Kroger, 6-8 min to fast food, Starbucks!, etc. Mall about 12-14 minutes.

Be confidence that our home is taking precautions, at this turbulent time in our country. All measures are taken to provide you with a clean and comfortable place to rest and relax during your stay. (We have 2 bedrooms and a full bath between available, at one end of our upstairs for air bnb; no kitchen or other areas in the home are included.)
