Aleksandr, my honest advice to you is to understand that AIRBNB IS NOT A HOTEL. It is someone's place. A place that can everything happen - the same at your own home.
Secondly, your comment about NOISE is more than ridiculous and funny. You want to stay in the center, but want to avoid noise? You can read in description and see in pictures, that apartment is just next one the main and the most amazing Warsaw's streets - John Paul II avenue. So of course it is not surrounded by forests and in the morning you will not woke up by singing birds.
Third, if it was +23 and you could not open windows, you could of USE FAN that it's provided in flat for such cases.
4th, I kindly asked (NOT ISSISTED) to accept extra fee for late check in before you settled. Because after check out guests have tendency to gone into waters and ignore extra fee. I do not see any problem, as you were welcomed with smile quit after midnight. It is not a hotel, we do not have reception.
I really apologize about bed; my co host did not pay attention to it after previous guests. I asked you if I can come and fix at your comfortable time but you refused.
All in all, I am happy that the only good thing you saw was WI-FI, and and fresh linen, clean apartment and kind welcome after midnight.
Aleksandr, I wish you relax and enjoy your trips. Next time I would offer you to book a hotel because Airbnb is not for you.
