I'm very disappointed you left a bad review about us.
You have asked yourself to stay 1 day longer, of course no problem, but of course you have to pay for that. And suddenly you've complained (after 10 days without any complain) about the airconditioning and wifi. You said they don"t work. I've asked direclty why you did not mentioned it to Patricia, our very friendly key drop contactperson, or me.
She tried to reach you as well, to ask about the 1 day longer stay. There was no contact anymore from you. So the normal checkout day was the 31th. August. We couldn't reach you at all, and finally you left at 16.30h !!
Just left the door open, everyone could walk in.....Patricia made a video from how bad you left the apartment, in wich condition...Terrible!
And than this morning I saw in my mailbox that you made a complain??????
The opposite world...
That's why I've contacted the service desk from Airbnb, and I told them the story. They've suggested me to sent them the videao, and write a review as well. So I did.
I'm very sorry to say, but please don't book our apartment anymore.
