Great private upstairs 3 bedroom apartment. Pets Maybe. Cant be left alone, however. Great dog turn out area in the back..
I don't even know where to start with what a wonderful place this is. I went searching for someplace for my Gram, mom and aunt to stay for an overnight visit so my Gram could have a heart procedure at the hospital. To say the least I figured I would never be successful with the criteria I was given. 2 on severely restricted incomes, no more than 2 miles from the hospital, all wanted separate beds, ultra quiet neighborhood and some place with enough space for everyone to feel like they had space and it was on MOVE IN WEEKEND for the College and I live 5 hours away in another state. Whew. I figured out quickly I was NOT Superwoman. Then I found Frank. Frank answered all of my questions with in a few minutes each (and there were many). He took all the time I need to answer all the questions I had about location, who was traveling and the time of arrival changes (there were 3 or 4) and he was so patient each and every time. My Gram LOVED it. She was so nervous for her procedure and she has only traveled a few times in her 87 years. My Mom and my Aunt LOVED it too. It was like a hug going into the apartment. -3 bedrooms. They each had their own space to sit, relax, and just be. Even if you did not want to lay down in your room there was still lots of place to sit and relax with out feeling cramped or on top of each other. -Quiet. Being from the country they didn't know how they would sleep with all the noise. Noise was NOT an issue at all. -Location. As the appointment time my Gram had was so early in the morning it was important for them to be close to the Hospital. This was. Any closer and they would have been sleeping in a room in the hospital. -Welcome. With them traveling from so far away I was worried about the "key is under the rug" welcome. That was not the case. Frank and his wife were there to say hello personally. They gave a wonderful tour of the unit and how to work everything (ac and wifi tv proved a bit of a feat for them but that is not something they are used to having and had no idea how to run so not super surprising there). There was a nice welcome basket with a few snacks to help them relax and recharge from the trip before dinner and the kurig machine was fully appointed with what ever the type of drink and flavor of drink you could ever ask for! I can not thank Frank enough for his welcome to his beautiful home and care of...
