A private room in a 3 bedroom bungalow located in west side of Detroit (Warrendale area ). The guest will be renting a private room. Remaining common areas are shared with other airbnb guests. Laundry area is located in the basement. The room comes with a full bed , a dresser, a closet and a work desk. It is located minutes from Henry Ford community college, University of Michigan, Fairlawn mall and walking distance to public transportation.

Our home is a non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward.
We expect that the house and furnishings will be utilized by the guests in a manner consistent with the purpose for which they were designed.
All dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. will be washed, dried, and put away immediately after eating.
We would also appreciate it if you leave your shoes at the front door.
Utilities usage
We expect our guest to use amenities in a ‘normal fashion’. To keep rates affordable it is important to keep the usage to a minimum.
Here are some helpful tips.
* Remember to turn lights off when you leave the room.
*Avoid taking long showers
*Turn off the tap when you brush your teeth.
* Do not keep water running while washing dishes
*Do not adjust the setting of the thermostat. Ideal temperature is 71 Degree Fahrenheit.
